Free one day pass offer
- The free day pass entitles an Eligible Person to enjoy complimentary access at one Virgin Active health club in the UK (not including Clements Hall and Rayleigh Leisure Centres) for one day. Please note that opening times differ from club to club. Please see www.virginactive.co.uk for full details. Additional services (such as personal training sessions or Heaven-V treatments) are available on payment of the appropriate fees.
- The free day pass may be redeemed by appointment only. Please call a Virgin Active health club to make an appointment (contact details available on our website, www.virginactive.co.uk).
- Virgin Active reserves the right to refuse entry to any person if it suspects abuse of this offer or otherwise in its reasonable discretion.
- Use of a free day pass is subject to satisfactory completion of a medical questionnaire and acceptance of the Club Rules (available at any club and on our website).
- The free day pass is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Virgin Active Limited reserves the right to withdraw the free day pass offer at any time without notice.
- Redemption of a free day pass shall mean that Eligible Persons will be deemed to have fully and unconditionally accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and Virgin Active’s decisions.
- This offer is governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
- Virgin Active Limited is not liable for the reproduction of this offer or indirect access via third party websites or otherwise of these terms and where such reproduction misstates or omits any of the information or terms and conditions connected with this offer.
- The offer is only open to Eligible Persons. An Eligible Person is a person who is aged 18 years or over, a UK resident and not currently a member of a UK Virgin Active health club (including those on freeze). Virgin Active Limited reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Eligible Persons. By applying for this offer, Eligible Persons confirm that they accept the relevant terms and conditions of this offer.

Virgin Resolutions
- This offer (the “Offer”) is eligible to any Eligible Person registering for the New Year’s Resolution Promotion on Virgin.com and selecting the “Join on a 12 month contract we’ll give you two months free” offer.
- The Offer entitles you to join on a 12-month or diamond membership option only (this does not include “Corporate”, “Off-Peak” and “Weekender” membership options) at any Virgin Active health club in the UK (not including Clements Hall and Rayleigh Leisure Centre). Membership fees apply.
- The offer is limited to one 12-month or diamond membership per Eligible Person.
- Where payment of membership dues is made monthly payment by the Eligible Person shall be for 10 months’ membership fees (this does not include any period of freeze) and the last 2 months of the contract term will not be charged. Where payment for the whole 12-month contract term is made in advance, the contract price will be adjusted at the point of sale so that the Eligible Person will only be liable for 10 months’ membership dues.
- The new diamond or 12-month contract must be signed by the Eligible Person on or before 28th February 2010.
- The Offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The 2 free months’ membership is not transferable to other existing or new members of Virgin Active (including those members currently on freeze) and each is personal to an adult
- The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Virgin Active offer.

- Promotional materials form part of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall prevail if there is any conflict between these and the promotional materials. Virgin Active Limited reserves the right to cancel or amend without notice the terms of this promotion as a result of any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Virgin Active Limited.

Joining Fee Refund - September
Joining fee refund is available for new members who join Virgin Active in September, and then use the club 12 times or more between the 1st October and 30th November. Those who satisfy this criteria will have their full joining fee refunded to them in January 2010. Refunds are valid on all memberships, excluding students. Terms and conditions apply.
