The sound system is always broken. Equipment and sound system should be checked regularly. Missing TV at the front of the gym is a joke!

Thank you for your comments. We check our equipment regularly to make sure everything's running smoothly. We're happy to report the TV in question has been fixed. Also, the Cardio Theatre is up and running. Enjoy!

Well done to Vanessa in the 12.15 spin class! She made it clear that it was a group exercise and that if you wanted to do your 'own thing' then there are plenty of bikes downstairs. When this guy continued doing 'his own thing' she went and spoke to him... If only more instructors would take charge like this classes would be much more productive...

On a number of occasions, the temperature in the gym is too hot. The benches had a sweaty smell. Also, could we have a clock in the weights area?

We'd like to think that the temperature's always just right in our clubs, so that's why we've checked the air con to see that it's working as it should. Also, we'll be putting up a clock in the weights area, so your gym sessions should be ticking over smoothly.

I just want to give compliments to the entire staff, and club. The club is very comfortable, it makes me want to spend more time there, even if it's for a cup of coffee. Very clean, and the staff and lifeguard couldn't be more helpful. I have only been a member for 3 weeks and i am well impressed.

We want you to relax while you're splashing away. That's why we've removed the radio and replaced it with soothing chill-out music. Enjoy!

We don't believe 'one size fits all'. That's why we offer a range of membership options to suit individual needs. A member of our staff will take you through the various options. We hope to see you in our clubs!
