Expect to boost your knowledge of nutritional science and develop skills that will allow you to interpret and relay nutrition information with confidence.

Entry requirements

There’s no pre-requisite secret sauce to apply. If you’re interested in nutrition or have a background in fitness, leisure and health, you’re in!

How will the course be assessed?

At the end of each module and at the end of the course there will be multiple-choice question quizzes, where you'll need to answer 75% correctly to pass. You'll have three attempts to pass each one but you'll get as much time as you need and you’ll also be able to look back at your notes during the exam. Your very own nutrition tutor will also be on hand to help guide you through.

Upon successful completion of the course and assessments, you will be awarded the AfN Certificate in Advanced Nutrition Essentials for Fitness & Leisure and 10 CIMSPA CPD points.
