The Dumbbell Challenge
- 50 x dumbbell squats
- 10 x mountain climbers
- 30 secs rest
- 40 x weighted lunges
- 20 x mountain climbers
- 30 secs rest
- 30 x sit ups with one dumbbell
- 30 x mountain climbers
- 30 secs rest
- 20 x dumbbell push ups
- 40 x mountain climbers
- 30 secs rest
- 10 x burpees
- 50 x mountain climbers
- 1 minute rest
(Repeat, if you can!)
