How do I redeem my Mother voucher?

- Once you have selected your Mother voucher, head to the Mother vending machine to redeem your treat.
- BEFORE you select your item of choice, select “DISCOUNT CODES” on the far right-hand side of the home screen of the vending machine. If you do not select “discount codes” first, you will be unable to redeem your discount code later in the checkout process.
- Once selected, open the Virgin Active App and find the available Mother voucher under “Rewards” > “Active Rewards”.
- Enter the code provided into the Mother vending machine and select “APPLY CODE”.
- Once a code has been successfully validated, you can proceed.
- The screen will update to display only the available items on promotion linked to that coupon code.
- Select the product you want to redeem and proceed to the next step. There will be no payment due to complete the transaction.
Please note.
- Only 1 code can be redeemed per transaction. This means only 1 item will be discounted per transaction. To purchase additional items, you will need to start a new transaction.
- On entering a code, it will be flagged as “in-use” and locked from use by any other vending machine.
- After a code is entered, if the order is abandoned by the member not touching the screen for 60 seconds, or if free items connection fails, the code will be marked as unused.
