What are Tier Benefits?
What are tier benefits?
Tier benefits are discounts on likeminded wellness brands like Garmin, Sweaty Betty, Hyperice and many more (we'll add new ones regularly).
What tier benefits does the reward programme have?
There are 3 tiers: Bronze; Silver and Gold which offer exclusive partner discounts and rewards.
Which tier am I on?
Everyone starts on Bronze. To upgrade to Silver and Gold, you need to have a 12-month contract and earn the required points per tier. Everyone can earn points but only members on a 12-month contract can upgrade to higher tiers.
Why am I not moving up tiers?
Short-term and flexi contract holders default to Bronze tier and cannot move up to Silver or Gold tier. You can continue to earn points and if you commit to a 12-month contract, you will be allocated the appropriate tier based on your points tally.
What if I cancel my membership and re-join later on?
If you cancel your membership and re-join as a new member, your tier points will reset to 0.
How do I earn Tier Points?
You can earn for multiple different activities per day, but not multiple times for the same activity e.g. You can earn points for 1 x club access, 1 x booked and attended class and 1 x online workout and 1 x PT session, however, you cannot earn for 3 x club access per day.
A list of the earning activities is available in the app under Rewards under your discounts.
Do I have to use my Tier Points?
There is no time pressure. Tier points don’t expire or reset unless you cancel your membership.
One membership. Endless variety.
