1. Look out for an email from us “New Virgin Active app – become a tester”. Click 'become a tester' to begin. Once opened, you will be given an option to opt in to become a tester.

2. Once opted in, a link will become visible to download the new Virgin Active App From the Google Play Store. If you already have the existing Virgin Active App, it will automatically be replaced by the Beta version.

3. Once installed, follow the prompt to open the Beta app, accept the app terms and conditions and log in using your existing credentials.

4. If you have forgotten you password, simply reset it to create a new one and log in.

5. This new app has replaced your existing Virgin Active app. Check out all the features and give us your feedback.
