1. Within the email from TestFlight, click ‘View in Testflight’. If you do not have TestFlight installed, follow the prompt to install it. If you do already have TestFlight, skip to step 3.

2. Select ‘Get TestFlight App from the App Store’. Download the app, and follow the prompt to install and open TestFlight.

3. Once installed, you must accept the TestFlight terms & conditions. Then you can accept, install and open the new Virgin Active App. See screenshots below for further guidance.

4. Follow the prompts on screen, read and accept the Virgin Active app terms and conditions and log in using your existing credentials.

5. If you have forgotten you password, simply reset it to create a new one and log in.

6. This new app has replaced your existing Virgin Active app. Check out all the features and give us your feedback.


If you see an error message or you are asked for a redemption code when trying to access TestFlight, this is most likely due to the email address you provided not matching the email address attached to your Apple App Store / Apple ID. Please return to the TestFlight email, follow the instructions and take note of the redemption code provided. Entering the redemption code in TestFlight will grant you access to the Beta app.
