What is dance?
Bring your dancing shoes (or your two left feet) and find the beat in our Dance classes. Get your body moving and find your groove with songs that get your heart rate up and help you master that coordination. A cardio based fitness class led by our talented dance fitness instructors.
Why do dance?
Get your endorphins pumping, learn some new moves and enjoy dancing to the music. You'll leave class 1, 2 stepping your way to a healthier you. All abilities are welcome at this dance class so no prior dance experience is needed. We’ll see you on the dance floor!
