5 For 4 Offer Terms and Conditions (DD PT)​ 

1.This offer is open to all legal residents of the United Kingdom who are at least 18 years old or over, are current members of a Virgin Active Health Club (a Club) in the UK and have not had a direct debit (active or frozen) for personal training sessions at any Club between 1 January and 20 January 2025, excluding employees and directors of Virgin Active Limited (VA or the Promoter) or any other company in the Virgin Active group, VA's agencies and anyone else professionally associated with this promotion and any person who has been previously barred from any Virgin Active health club (each an Eligible Person).​ 

2. Eligible Persons who enter into an agreement with VA between 12:01am on 21 January 2025 and 11:59pm on 20 February 2025 to commence on 1 March 2025 for a minimum of three months of personal training sessions, payable by Direct Debit, will receive:  

1. 5 sessions per month for three months if they sign up for a DD4 package (the 4-session direct debit package); 

2. 10 sessions per month for three months if they sign up for a DD8 package (the 8-session direct debit package); or  

3. 14 sessions per month for three months if they sign up for a DD12 package (the 12-session direct debit package).  

Following the three-month promotional period, their package will revert to 4, 8 or 12 sessions respectively based on what DD package they initially signed up for (the Offer).​ 

3. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.​ 

4. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude an individual from participating in the offer. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the offer where it becomes necessary to do so.​ 

5. The Offer is subject to availability and no cash alternative is available.​ 

6. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Offer except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.​ 

7. This offer is governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. Promoter: Virgin Active Limited, whose registered office address is at 26 Trinity Lane, London, EC4V 2AY (registered number 03448441).​
