Terms and Conditions
Black Friday offer (Pack PT)
1. This offer is open to all legal residents of the United Kingdom who are at least 18 years old or over, are current members of a Virgin Active Health Club (a Club) in the UK, excluding employees and directors of Virgin Active Limited (VA or the Promoter) or any other company in the Virgin Active group, VA's agencies and anyone else professionally associated with this promotion and any person who has been previously barred from any Virgin Active health club (each an Eligible Person).
2. Eligible Persons who purchase any pack of personal training sessions from VA between 21 November 2024 and 20
December 2024 will receive the following discounts from the advertised full price rate of such pack:
a) 30% off a 4-pack;
b) 25% off an 8-pack;
c) 15% off a 12-pack; and
d) 10% off a 24 pack (the Offer).
3. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
4. Any sessions purchased using the Offer shall have an expiry date of three months from the date of purchase.
5. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude an individual from participating in the offer. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the offer where it becomes necessary to do so.
6. The Offer is subject to availability and no cash alternative is available.
7. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or
liable to compensate or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Offer except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

50% off (DD PT)
1. This offer is open to all legal residents of the United Kingdom who are at least 18 years old or over, are current members of a Virgin Active Health Club (a Club) in the UK and have not had a direct debit (active or frozen) for personal training sessions at any Club between 1 November and 20 November 2024, excluding employees and directors of Virgin Active Limited (VA or the Promoter) or any other company in the Virgin Active group, VA's agencies and anyone else professionally associated with this promotion and any person who has been previously barred from any Virgin Active health club (each an Eligible Person).
2. Eligible Persons who enter into an agreement with VA between 21 November 2024 and 20 December 2024 to commence on 1 January 2025 for a minimum of three months of personal training sessions, payable by Direct Debit, will receive a discount of 50% on any Personal Training top up sessions purchased, such top up sessions to be used by 31st December 2024 (the Offer).
3. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
4.
