Terms and conditions:
- If you commit to a 12-month membership at a Virgin Active health club, you will receive two free guest passes and £50 club credit (the “Offer”) which will be automatically added to your account on the first day of the month following the month in which your membership begins (e.g. if your new membership period begins on 1 June, you will receive the guest passes and club credit on 1 July). The club credit is valid for 30 days and can only be used in one transaction for new purchases only (i.e. it cannot be used for services you are already paying for). The club credit is redeemable against personal training, swimming lessons, towel hire, locker hire, creche passes, guest passes or racquets.
- This Offer only applies to Eligible Persons. “Eligible Persons” are existing members of Virgin Active and who:
- received an email from Virgin Active this month making the Offer available to them (the “Email”); and
- are agreeing to an applicable 12-month membership contract at the membership rate for the relevant club as set out in the Email; and
- are beginning that membership on the first day of the month that follows the month on which they received the Email.
- This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- This Offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
- Virgin Active reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and this Offer at any time without notice, including in the event of fraudulent behaviour.
- All applicable membership contract conditions apply, including our Club Rules and completion of the Health Commitment Statement – ask at your club for details.
- Virgin Active is not liable for the reproduction of this Offer or any indirect access via third party websites or otherwise, and in particular, if any such reproduction misstates or omits any of the information or the relevant Terms and Conditions connected with this or any other Offer, it shall not be valid. For the avoidance of doubt, this Offer may only be offered to you by Virgin Active Limited.
- Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to exclude or restrict any of the Eligible Persons’ statutory rights as a consumer. Details are accurate at time of writing. This Offer and its Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
- This offer will only be available if you recommit before 28 February.
