Refer someone on to a 12-month membership and get one month free
Virgin Active Limited whose registered office address is at 26 Trinity Lane, Mansion House London, EC4V 2AR (company no. 03448441) is the promoter of this Offer.
1. If a member of a Virgin Active health club in the UK (the “Referrer”) refers a non-member (the “Referee”) to join Virgin Active UK, and the Referee joins Virgin Active UK on a 12-month adult membership agreement (a “Membership”), the Referrer will be given one month of their membership fees for free once the Referee has made two full price direct debit payments in respect of their Membership (the “Offer”).
2. For the Referrer to be eligible for the Offer, the Referrer and the Referee must both have completed the referral process (the “Referral Process”) before the Referee pays their joining fee (or would have paid their joining fee, had one been applicable).
3. To complete the Referral Process:
a. the Referrer must either:
i. Scan the Refer a Friend QR Code in club and complete the form that generates a link for the Referee to complete the contact form; or
ii. Share the Refer a Friend link (available in the Virgin Active App) with the Referee for them to complete the contact form; and
b. the Referee must complete the contact form generated by the in-club QR code or the Virgin Active App and shared with them by the Referrer.
4. The Offer does not apply if:
a. the Referee joins on a junior, Vitality, Gymflex or corporate funded membership;
b. the Referrer is in arrears or is a member of Virgin Active on a corporate funded or Gymflex membership; or
c. the Referee terminates their Membership within 30 days of joining.
5. A Referrer can refer multiple Referees and can receive one month of membership fees for free for each Referee that joins in accordance with the Offer. For example, if one Referee is referred and joins, the Referrer will receive one month of membership fees for free when that Referee has made two full price Direct Debit payments in respect of their Membership. If two Referees are referred by the same Referrer in the same month, the Referrer will receive two consecutive months of membership fees for free once the each of the Referees has made two full price Direct Debit payments in respect of their Membership.
6. The Referrer must be over 18 years of age to benefit from the Offer.
7. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
8. The Offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
9. Virgin Active Limited reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and the Offer at any time without notice, including in the event of fraudulent behaviour.
10. Virgin Active Limited is not liable for the reproduction of this Offer or any indirect access via third party websites or otherwise and where such reproduction misstates or omits any of the information or Terms and Conditions connected with this Offer it shall not be valid. This Offer may only be offered to you by Virgin Active Limited.
